Beware of The Blaroken Scam

WARNING: ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM BLAROKEN SHOULD FIRST SEARCH “BLAROKEN SCAM” AND SEE WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY.

Blaroken ScamYou may have found the website Blaroken dot com and the apparently cool clothing they sell. BEWARE! This company is NOT reputable. They just want your money. They will send items very different than what you order. They will not answer your customer service inquiries regarding them until you challenge the charges which I did through PayPal. Unfortunately, it seems PayPal will continue the debate process regardless of how right you are… even if you send photos proving Blaroken sent you the wrong items.

Blaroken is a scam. Your transactions with them go through the name “ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED”. I have invested much time and communications both directly and through PayPal. Below is a collection of some of the communications we have had. I am doing my best to include as many as I can find… looking forward to cleaning this mess up and helping others from falling into the same trap.

The shirt “Men’s Fashion Casual Jesus Cross T-shirt Size: XL Dark gray” came with the print on it backwards. I sent an email about this several days ago (I believe it was Nov. 13th?) and I haven’t heard back from you.

You’ll have to go to the email to see the photo of the problem since there is no place to put an attachment. You have the order number now… and the URL’s I provided to the product. But you do not have the sku available to me – you should be able to figure that out though. It should not be required of me since I don’t have access to your accounting software.

Actually, we are working through Paypal on this matter. We changed because you stopped answering here until I opened the case through PayPal. So we will finish through PayPal. I emailed here because you said through PayPal that you could not see the images and you asked me to email them here. I posted them there as well for documentation through Paypal so they know what you are doing and how I reply.

It is NOT that I am unsatisfied with the items I received. The problem is that you did NOT send what I ordered. I just want either what I ordered or a refund. If you want the items back that you sent to me, just provide a return label. I do not want to return items that I ordered. I want to receive the items that I ordered. Please refer to the photos that I already uploaded AND THE NEW PHOTO COMPARING WHAT I GOT WITH THE PHOTO ON YOUR WEBSITE. LOOK AT THE TEXT DIRECTION. REFUND OR SEND AN XL SIZE WITH THE TEXT IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION… AND THE OTHER SHIRT WITHOUT A ZIPPER. THERE IS NO MENTION OF A ZIPPER ON THE OTHER ONE BUT THERE IS A ZIPPER ON THE SHIRT I RECEIVED.

You provided additional info.

I’m thinking that maybe Paypal, by this time, is too distanced from the original photos? They clearly show that the seller sent products other than those ordered including a shirt with reverse print on it. If PayPal is unable to solve this issue, please stop wasting my time. I am happy to vlog and blog about my experience and the ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Blaroken.com scam. That might be the best solution since others should be warned or their business practices and this series of responses from them makes it clear that they only want to rip people off. I am no longer interested in a partial refund. I want the full amount that I paid plus $1,000 for the significant time and effort required to demand a refund for wrongly sent items. I am looking forward to their reply regarding this.
