One of the first questions: When will the large aloe vera buckets be available again?

Right now, we’re no longer processing in Guatemala. We still have thousands of empty buckets and liners there, but we don’t have a filling station in Florida. If we bring buckets back, it would require new manufacturing and about six months of lead time. So for now, they’re not coming back anytime soon.

We’ve been going through major changes.

We used to source from the Dominican Republic, then switched to Guatemala. Our first shipment from Guatemala was incredible—thick, clean, and high quality. But it got stuck in customs for over three weeks, costing us over $700 per day in storage.
